Silvia Navarro has been the fashion creator invited this year to the Fortuny Catwalk of Young Talents of Granada in what has been the tenth edition of this meeting for professionals and students so valued in the world of fashion and this fashion catwalk It has become one of the most representative of Andalusia.

Navarro gave a master class under the title 'Confessions and advice from a businesswoman and fashion designer' at the José Val del Omar School of Art and Design in Granada and was able to show the students and attending teachers 'the seams' and all the ins and outs of their commercial haute couture brand, being able to show the new designs of our collection for guests and brides and for them to see up close the artisanal sewing methods and finishes.


Silvia Navarro 's intervention ended with a visit to the designer's store in Granada, one of the seven she has throughout the country, to which all the students of the university Fashion cycle present at the conference signed up. Silvia agreed to have a detail with the school and waived any financial remuneration, donating the amount to the center so that they could improve their resources by purchasing a good sewing machine for the center where they study.

The next day, the designer had the opportunity to be a judge at the 10th Edition of the Fortuny Catwalk at an event held in the Granada Science Park which, that day, became the ideal setting to watch a fashion show It brought together 50 promising designers and eight impressive collections that competed for the first three prizes of the contest. The glamor of the catwalk was enhanced by the presence of distinguished authorities among whom stood out; the mayor of Granada, Marifran Carazo, the counselor of Educational Development and Professional Training, Patricia del Pozo Fernández, the director of the José Val del Omar School of Art and Design of Granada, Blas Calero, Antonio Granados, delegate of the Government of the Junta de Andalucía in Granada and María José Martín Gómez, delegate of Educational Development and Vocational Training.
