How to process a return or size change.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM (SIZE, DESIGN) AND RETURNS FOR SPANISH PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL

Within 15 calendar days after receiving the order, you can change size or design, or even arrange a return.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

You can exchange size, change design, or even to arrange a return.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged exactly the same way when you received it.

Before starting the process of returning the product, please note that the item must be in their original packaging and in “AS NEW” condition, i.e. unwashed and unused and with the label still attached.

 Please make sure that the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with the case to avoid damage in transit and thus arrive in perfect condition that was sent to avoid problems in this
process.

SILVIA NAVARRO reserves the right to reject changes or returns communicated or sent out of the established period, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.

After the verification process has been completed satisfactorily, we will proceed to get the exchange or the return done, within 15 calendar days.

If the customer does not accept the order, for reasons beyond our control , the customer will pay for the shipping fee. The returning shipping fee to the headquarter and the shipping fee of sending the new item. And also, customs, clearance and taxes if any.

Tip: Transport costs are non-refundable. Customs or clearance taxes, if any, are also non-refundable.

VOUCHERS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Only sales period garments and bridal garments are eligible for voucher.

The period of validity for a voucher is one calendar year.

The use of a voucher is per purchase.

You can exchange the voucher just once.

You can exchange the voucher in the White/Bridal collection, just if it belongs to the same collection.

To arrange any change/return of your peninsular or international order, please follow the steps.

You must have placed your order as a CUSTOMER, in order to process the return/exchange through this platform. If you have placed your order as a GUEST, you will need to contact us. And you must confirm either the return or the exchange size of your order.

1. Log into your account using your username and
password.

2. Click on the “Return” button

3. Once confirmed the order you want to return,
click on the “return request”  button.

4. Select the reason for the return and then click on “return request”.

5. In a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with the return label.

Tip: The designs in the Sales and Outlet category, have the option of exchange for another design, size or voucher with the amount of the value of the garment.

 

DELIVERY TIME FOR FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Our delivery time is around 8-10 working days since your order has been confirmed.

You can also contact atencionalcliente@silvia-navarro.com, as some countries have special considerations.

Please note that the delivery time may exceed a few days during special times, such as Christmas, Easter and the summer.

Please note our cocktail, occasion events and evening dresses are all hand made.

We care every single detail so you will receive your purchase in perfect condition sealed in a plastic cover, and inside a beautiful large case.

FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, CUSTOMS, CLEARANCE AND

 REFUND POLICY

Within 15 calendar days after the order reception, you can apply for the refund of your order. Once we have received the order in perfect condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved based on returns conditions, then your refund will be processed, and a
credit (excluding the shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

CAN I EXCHANGE A DESIGN FROM THE BRIDAL COLLECTION TO ANOTHER DESIGN, SIZE OR
VOUCHER?

The designs of the White/Bridal collection are unique and special garments made to
order.

You will be able to exchange it for another design or size, or if necessary, a voucher
for the value of it.

 DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

In the unusual event we have sent any defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer service team 0034 965299741 / 0034 +34 634 743 677 or email atencionalcliente@silvia-navarro.com. Please confirm your order number, customer information, wrong item and
all details about the issue  and we will contact shortly to confirm how to proceed.

item, only if there is in stock. If unfortunately, there is not stock, we will refund the money in your account, within 15 calendar days.


CAN I RETURN ACCESSORIES?

ACCESSORIES POLICY

Shoes can only be changed of size, design or even a refund can be done, as long as they keep their original packaging and are received in perfect condition.

The item must be in their original packaging and in “AS NEW” condition, i.e. unwashed and unused and with the label still attached. Please make sure that the product is well packed in
its original bag and protected with the case to avoid damage in transit and thus arrive in perfect condition that was sent to avoid problems in this process.

established period, or accessories that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered.

Other accessories like handbags and earrings are not allowed to be changed because of sanitary and hygienic requirements.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to customer law, the customer may withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the products.

There is an exception for made to order garments because of the customer's request, or any change in the garment because of the customer's request.

In addition to the exceptions to the exercise of this right established in the legal regulation.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal, before the withdrawal period has expired. This means you must inform us about your intention of withdrawing from the contract within the legal term for withdrawal.

You shall, in any case, hand the goods over to us within the 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Your right to cancel a contract only applies to products which are returned in the same condition as you received them. Please return any product using and including all its original wrapping. You should also include with the product being returned all original boxes, labels,instructions/documents (if any) and wrappings. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond opening, if is not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if it is
damaged. Therefore, you should take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

You will be responsible for the direct costs/expenses of returning the product.

Silvia Navarro SL will not be responsible for the direct costs/expenses of returning the product.
