How to process a return or exchange
If you request a return or change of size/model, you must do so through this platform, having 15 calendar days from receipt of your order (if your order has been placed in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and 30 calendar days (if your order has been international).
Below we detail the steps to follow if you wish to process any exchange/return of your national or international order.
Steps to follow to make a change/return:
To process the return/exchange through this platform, you must have placed your order as a CUSTOMER . If you have placed your order as a GUEST , you will have to contact us indicating that you want a return or size change for your order through +34 965 299 741.
IMPORTANT : The designs contained in the Sales and Outlet category include the option of exchanging for another model, size or voucher with the amount of the value of the garment.
Step 1
Log in to your account using your username and password.
Step 2
Click on the " Returns " button
Step 3
Once you have identified the order you wish to return, indicate in "Customer Note" whether you wish to exchange it for another model or size or return the order, then click on the " Request return " button.
Step 4
In a few minutes you will receive an email with the return label.
Step 5
Drop off your order at the Nacex point closest to your home. Once we receive your order, we will proceed with the requested exchange/return .
What is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time for your order is 6-8 business days from the date of purchase (valid in national and international territory).

Note: Shipping time may exceed the stipulated time during holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter and summer period.
*If your order is delivered to a Nacex Point, you have 5 working days from the time it is placed in the warehouse to collect the package. After this period, it will be returned to our facilities.

How do I request a refund?
If you don't love the design and you can't find another model that you like, we'll give you your money back!
The period for changes and returns is 15 days from receipt / purchase
You may request a refund of the amount paid for the item, provided that the item is returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging and without signs of use.
The aforementioned period ranges from when the customer receives the package at the address indicated in their purchase, until the same package is received at our headquarters (the return/exchange period is not suspended when the package is deposited at the transport office, an essential requirement being that it is received at our facilities within the period stipulated above).
If the order status check is satisfactory, we will refund your order within 15 business days of receipt.
If, on the other hand, upon receiving the order it is found to be overdue, incomplete, without a label or with any signs of use, we will contact you so that you can send a transport agency to collect it (the transport costs associated with this new shipment will be at your expense).
In the event of requesting a refund and having opted for our transport service, the costs derived from the total shipping process will be deducted from the total amount of the return (shipping costs will not be refundable), and the customer may at any time opt for an alternative courier service, in which case, only the costs derived from the first shipment (€6.95) will be deducted from the refund of the amount.
Returns/exchanges of international orders will be managed directly by the customer, choosing the transport company of their choice. The company will not be responsible for transport, customs or clearance costs arising from the return/exchange shipment.
Important Note: Shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement, and customs or clearance costs, if applicable, are also excluded.
Option to deposit orders through our courier service, valid for the peninsula.
Option of voluntary deposit through our courier's enabled points, being able to choose any alternative courier, sending the product to the address indicated in our contact section.
No refund or exchange will be accepted on any item manipulated or modified at the customer's request.
*Products included in the " solidarity sale " category are not eligible for refund.
Can I exchange for another model, size or request a refund on the Bridal collection?
The designs in the Bridal collection are specialized in ceremonies, with each design being unique and special.
If you receive an order from the Bridal collection, you can change the model or size, or, if applicable, request a refund for the value of the design.
What do I do if I have received a defective item?
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, within 15 calendar days of receiving the item, please contact us by contacting our customer service at 965 299 741.
All items must be returned in the original shipping box to ensure proper protection.
Once we receive the items in our warehouse, we will check them and proceed to exchange them, provided that stock availability allows us to do so. Otherwise, we will refund the product in the same way that payment was made.
Can I return an accessory?
Accessories that are included in the articles classified as hygienic (hats and earrings) do not include the exchange or return option described above.
Accessories such as footwear include the option of changing the size, model or returning the imported item, provided that it retains its original packaging and is received in perfect condition for use.
Accessories such as bags, being included in the party category, do not include the exchange or return option described above.

Arrangements
If you need to make an alteration to a garment, we can help you. Our store staff in Seville, Malaga, Madrid, Murcia, Granada, Alicante and Valencia will recommend a workshop near your location to make the process easier for you.
Right of withdrawal
In general, consumer protection regulations allow the user who contracts as a consumer and user to withdraw from this contract within a period of 15 calendar days; unless it concerns custom-made garments or those that have been modified at the request of the customer; in addition to the exceptions to the exercise of this right, established by the aforementioned legal regulation.
To exercise your right to withdraw, you must fill out the form attached to your order and send it to Silvia Navarro SL, at the following address: C/Germán Bernacer,97- Parque Empresarial Elche Torrellano-03203 (Alicante), clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract signed between the user and Silvia Navarro SL. You must also send the returnable item within the period indicated above to the address specified in this same article.
Silvia Navarro SL will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when exercising this right.
The user must comply with all the purchase and return conditions set out in this document and, consequently, to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, the items must meet the requirements mentioned in the RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY section.
Designs modified according to customer specifications cannot be eligible for exchange, return or withdrawal.
