Shipping policy
If you wish to request a return or size exchange, you can do so through this platform within 15 calendar days from receiving your order (for orders placed within Spain, including mainland, Balearic, and Canary Islands) and 30 calendar days (for international orders).
Below are the steps to follow if you want to process any exchange/return for your national or international order.
Important Note: To process the return/exchange via this platform, you must have placed your order as a REGISTERED CUSTOMER. If you placed your order as a GUEST, you will need to contact us and indicate that you want to request a return or size exchange for your order.

Log in to your account using your username and password.

Click on the "Returns" button.

Once you identify the order for which you want to request a return, click on the "Request Return" button.

Select the reason for the return and then click "Request Return."

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with the return label.
