DELIVERY TIME

Our international delivery time is around 10-11 working days since your order has been confirmed.

Please note our cocktail, ocassion events and evening dresses are all hand made.

We care every single detail so you will receive your purchase in perfect condition sealed in a plastic cover, and inside a beautiful large case. 

EXCHANGE AN ITEM (SIZE, DESIGN) OR GETTING A VOUCHER FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Within 30 calendar days after receiving the order (only for international orders), for national orders from Spain, Balearic Islands and Canary Island is 15 calendar days, you can change size or design, or even getting a voucher.

The 30 calendar days (only for international orders) include the request for return exchange but also the reception of the package at our head office. In other words, the package must reach us within the same 30 calendar days (only for international orders). For national orders from Spain, Balearic Islands and Canary Island  the return is 15 calendar days.

Within 48 hours an authorized courier will pick up your order. These conditions are valid for the spanish peninsula and first exchange.

Please make sure that the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with the case to avoid damage in transit and thus arrive in perfect condition that was sent to avoid problems in this process.

After the verification process has been completed satisfactorily, we will proceed to get the exchage or the voucher done, within 15 business days.

Return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Silvia Navarro:

You have 15 calendar days (in the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) or 30 calendar days for international orders, from the receipt of your order, to make any change in size, model or voucher.

You can exchange size, change design, or even getting a voucher.

You can choose the courier to ship the order back to our headquarters. This means transport cost, customs and taxes derived from the shipment to and the shipment back, will be responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged exactly the same way when you received it.

The customer will pay for the shipping fee. The returning shipping fee to the headquarters and the shipping fee of sending the new item. Customs and taxes derived from it as well. As every country has different conditions. 

The designs of the WHITE collection are specific and meant to be for ceremony events. Each of them is produced for that purpose, meaning any single desing is produced upon request being unique and special. Therefore, you can only change design of getting a voucher. 

*In the new collections, size 44 is made to order and its return will be made by means of a voucher.

REFUND POLICY

Within 15 business days after the order reception, you can apply for the refund of your order. Once we have received the order in perfect condition.

Returns/exchanges of internacional orders will be managed directly by the customer.

The customer chooses the transport company. 

We, as Silvia Navarro´s company, are not responsible for the transport costs, and customs or clearance costs derived from the returns/exchange shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved based on returns conditions policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (excluding the shipping costs, taxes and customs way to and way back) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

ACCESORIES POLICY

Just Shoes can be changed. 

Change of size, design or even a refund can be done, as long as they keep their original packaging and are received in perfect condition.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to customer law, the client may withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 15 working days from the date of receiving the products.

The Contract (as defined below) may be executed, at your option, in any of the languages in which the Terms are available on this website.

All the terms herein are interpreted as being expressed in calendar days. If the last day of the term in a non-working day, the time limit shall be extended accordingly until the first working day thereafter.

By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The information set out in the Terms and the detail contained on this Website do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat (invitation ad offerendum). 

No contract in respect of any products shall exist between you and us until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your offer and funds have already been deducted from your account, these will be fully refunded.

To place an order, you will be required to follow the shopping process online and click on "Authorize payment". After this, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (the "Order Confirmation”). 

Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as your order constitutes your offer to us to buy one or more products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product is being shipped (the “Delivery Confirmation”). 

The Contract will relate only to those products listed in the Delivery Confirmation. We will not be bound to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Delivery Confirmation.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal, before the withdrawal period has expired.

Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products which are returned in the same condition as you received them. Please return any product using and including all its original wrapping. You should also include with the product being returned all original boxes, labels, instructions/documents (if any) and wrappings. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond opening, if is not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if it is damaged. Therefore, you should take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

Silvia Navarro SL will not be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal. However should you inform us about your intention of withdrawing from the Contract after the legal term for withdrawal, you shall, in any case, hand the goods over to us within the 15 business days from the delivery date.
