What can I do if the dress does not fit me well?

You do not have to be worried. We accept returns for size changes. In order to do the change, you should either write us an email asking for the size change to atencionalcliente@silvia-navarro.com or calling us to the number +34 965 29 97 41.

The deadline to request the change of size is 15 calendar days from receipt of your order for orders placed from the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For international orders, the time to request the change of size is 30 calendar days.

Can I return my purchase?

You will be able to return any garment as long as it hasn’t been used and always within the next 15 calendar days (only for orders from Spain, Balearic Islands and Canary), for international orders are 30 calendar days since you receive it. The process is the same used in the size changes, namely, you should ask for the collection of the garment writing an email to atencionalcliente@silvia-navarro.com or calling us to the number +34 965 29 97 41. When it be done, we will send you a code in order you can leave your order in the closer shipping agencie to your residence. The client will take charge of the shipping costs of the return.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated time to receive your order it’s among 10-11 business days since the purchase.

Our designs are handmade. You wil receive your order in a big packaging which contains the chosen product inside a sealed transparent bag, in order to make sure that you receive your order in a proper state.

How can I know what is the status of my order?

To know the status of your order you just have to access to your customer account and consult “Order history and details” section, where you can check the status of your purchase.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay either by card or by bank wire. If you choose bank wire, do not forget to send us the receipt of the payment to start managing your order.

How can I arrange an online purchased dress?

In the cities where we have store (Alicante, Valencia, Sevilla, Granada, Madrid, Barcelona y Murcia) we can tell you which are the ateliers that we work with. They know how our garments are and how to work it. Just let us know, and we send you the address.
