How to process a return or change of size.

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order (only for orders from the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands), for international orders there are 30 calendar days, where you can make any change in size, model or voucher. If you wish to request a return or a change in size for an order made in mainland Spain, all you have to do is follow the steps detailed below. If, on the other hand, you have placed the order from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or abroadcontact us and we will tell you how to proceed to make your return.

The following steps are for orders that have been made as a CLIENT. If you have placed your order as a GUEST, you will have to contact us indicating that you want a return or change of size of your order.

1. Enter your customer account. You can do so by clicking this icon at the top right of the web page.

2. Once inside your account (if you are not logged in you will have to do so by entering your username and password) click on the “My purchases” option.

3. In this section you will find a summary of your orders in Silvia Navarro. Select the order on which you want to make the return and click on details.

4. Here you will find a summary of your order. You will have to select the product(s) you want to return by checking the checkbox that appears next to the image. Then tell us the reason why you want to return the product. If what you want to do is change the size, you must tell us here what size you want us to send you and press the “Request a change/refund” button.

5. By completing this process you will have already requested the return or exchange of your order. If your return or exchange is from Peninsular Spain, you will receive an email with the instructions to proceed with the return. On the contrary, if your return or exchange is from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or International orders, you must do it from a transport agency of your choice and send it to our address.

6. If you want to see the status of your return or exchange, you only have to access the "My exchanges/returns" section of your customer account.

7. In this section, in the “Package Status” field, you can check the status. You will also receive an email informing you of any changes we make.

Process a return or change of size. (*Mainland Spain).

Once you have requested the return of the order from the web platform with your user, you will receive an email with the instructions to proceed with your return. These steps are only valid for Peninsular Spain.

1. Fill out the sheet that comes inside the received package indicating if a refund or change of size is requested.2. Put the items in the original or similar packaging and close the package securely. 3. Print the return label that is attached to the email you receive at your mailing address. 4. Place the label in a visible place on the outside of the packaging. 5. Find a NACEX.SHOP point of convenience closest to you and deliver your package here for return. 6. You can also deposit your package in another courier of your choice, we work with NACEX, but you can choose another courier to send us your return. 7. If the order status check is satisfactory, we will proceed to refund your order within 15 business days of receipt. If, on the other hand, upon receipt of the order it is overdue, incomplete, without a label or with any signs of use, we will contact you to send you the item again (the transport costs associated with this new shipment will be borne of your account).

If you have placed your order from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or International country, you must request the return of the order from the web platform with your user. You will receive an email in your inbox indicating that your return request is being processed. To proceed with the return, you will have to: 1. Put the items in the original or similar packaging and close the package securely. 2. You will use to deposit the dress with the original packaging in a transport agency of your choice and send it to the following address.
