Once you have requested the return of the order from the web platform with your user, you will receive an email with the instructions to proceed with your return. These steps are only valid for Peninsular Spain.
1. Fill out the sheet that comes inside the received package indicating if a refund or change of size is requested.2. Put the items in the original or similar packaging and close the package securely. 3. Print the return label that is attached to the email you receive at your mailing address. 4. Place the label in a visible place on the outside of the packaging. 5. Find a NACEX.SHOP point of convenience closest to you and deliver your package here for return. 6. You can also deposit your package in another courier of your choice, we work with NACEX, but you can choose another courier to send us your return. 7. If the order status check is satisfactory, we will proceed to refund your order within 15 business days of receipt. If, on the other hand, upon receipt of the order it is overdue, incomplete, without a label or with any signs of use, we will contact you to send you the item again (the transport costs associated with this new shipment will be borne of your account).
