SILVIA NAVARRO, S.L. informs the users of the web site about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of the personal data of the users and clients that can be obtained by the navigation through its web site.

1. Data processing
In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD and REPD, we inform you that the personal data and information you provide us, when completing any electronic form available on the website, will be included into a personal data file owned by SILVIA NAVARRO, S.L.
The purpose of data processing is to manage the services offered, process requests, perform administrative tasks and advertising and marketing, either directly from SILVIA NAVARRO, S.L. or through related companies, which have a service contract with the same.
The questions included in each of the forms are voluntary, except those marked with an asterisk (*) which are mandatory. In case of not answering the mandatory questions, SILVIA NAVARRO, S.L. reserves the right not to process incomplete applications.

2. Communication of information to third parties
SILVIA NAVARRO, S.L. informs the users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception that such data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need of a contractual relationship with a data processor. In this last case, the transfer of data to third parties will only be carried out when SILVIA NAVARRO, S.L. has the express consent of the user.
3. Rights of users
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability of data in the terms legally provided for in the field of data protection, by sending a communication by mail to 03181 - Torrevieja (Alicante), Calle Orihuela 102, or by sending an email to the following address: legal@silvia-navarro.com indicating in both cases your name, surname and copy of your identity document.
The exercise of rights must be performed by the user oneself. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as legal representative of the authorized person. In this case, documentation must be provided to prove this representation of the interested party.
